In the rare situation your item arrives damaged, we will process an insurance claim as all items are photographed before and after packaging inside and out and insured while shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow any demands of the shipping company such as making the package and item available for inspection or return. Refusal to do so will result in cancellation of the insurance claim. Once a claim is approved we will process a return and replacement of the same product. In the off chance the color/design is not available we may offer alternatives or issue a refund should it become necessary. We strive for 100% order satisfaction.
